4.               Discussion and possible action for approval of the December, 2013, Defined Benefit payroll.  This month there are 152 checks to be issued for 151 participants in the amount of $165,098.49. This option would allow employees to open a self-directed brokerage account and invest in any stocks of funds of their choosing.
